Functions:
The full anechoic room is used for correct measurement & analyze the noise characteristics of the products on the basis of standards as GB/T 6882-86 [Acoustics - Determination for sound power levels of noise source], ISO 3745 Acoustics -- Determination of sound power levels of noise sources using sound pressure -- Precision methods for anechoic and semi-anechoic rooms and etc , so that the manufacturer / user can adopt corresponding ways to reduce the noise and improve the quality of their products. The proposal provides a testing environment for acoustic measurement, which can be applied for the products as automobile, electro mechanics, and other similar equipments.

Design principle: A. Advanced and reliable technique makes sure the full anechoic room can meet all the requirements, e.g. background noise and cut-off frequency.
B. Flexible design system, easy to operate and maintain. C. Reasonable construction cost.
Design conditions : The anechoic room is placed on the ground floor, with a noise about 60dB(A). According to the experience, the frequency is mainly medium and high frequency, with a peak range at 100 ~ 1000Hz. Some of the noise frequency distributes at 10KHz. There are no other vibration source equipments around. The anechoic room will be built in a Concrete (or Concrete brick) room, with steel structure size 4800*4000*4000mm. To meet the requirements of cut-off frequency, we will setup Wedge grid on the wall, then Sound absorbing wedge will be directly staggered hanging in the grid, which will meet the performance requirements of the anechoic room. For the penetrating of the cables and wires, we drill specific wire through holes and seal with excellent sealing material, to make sure the soundproofing factor will not be reduced because of the holes and gaps.
