The full anechoic room is used for testing the product noise level on the basis of standards as GB-6882-1986, and IS 3745, Acoustics--Determination of sound power levels of noise sources--Precision methods for anechoic and semi-anechoic rooms , so that the manufacturer can adopt corresponding ways to reduce the noise and improve the quality.The proposal provides a test environment for acoustic measurement,which can be applied for the products as automobile, electro mechanics ,and other similar equipments.
Foundations for design: The anechoic room is designed on the basis of: A. ISO3745 Acoustics--Determination of sound power levels of noise sources--Precision methods for anechoic and semi-anechoic rooms. B. GB 6882-1986 Acoustics--Determination of sound power levels of noise sources--Precision methods for anechoic and semi-anechoic rooms
The listening room is used fo r providing a testing environment for automobile electronic parts.
A. The listening room adopts double layers building enclosure structure – the outer is brick structure, while the inner is steel frame keel. Indoor, there are reflecting, diffusing, and absorbing plates, with elegant appearance. The thickness is around 150mm. The reasonable construction, guarantee the reasonable distribution of each frequency soundproofing factor, to approach the standard curve of soundproofingindex evaluation. Moreover, enhance properly at the low frequency to make sure the background noise can meet the technical requirements.B. The listening room is built above the ground. A ll ventilation ducts and wire, cable tubes will be connected softly to avoid the acoustic bridge effect caused by rigid connection between inner and outer constructions.C. There are a pair of 800W*2000H (mm) sound proofing and absorbing pull-push doors of the listening room, which made by wood (incl the frames). The door has excellent performance and appearance.
D. The entire listening room is built in an existing brick construction, treated with reflecting, diffusing, and absorbing plates inside . The ground is covered by wooden spring floor ( build by Nippon) with somedamping material under (smpls will be provided by Lopu). The layout of the composite sound absorbing material is completely following the acoustic theory, so that can ensure the best sound absorbing performance. The fixing method is simple, elegant, reliable and practical.E. There are several lights in the listening room , and one 3cm Φ wire through hole on a side wall, to connect the wires with outside wires.F. The entire structure is elegant, tough and durable.
